Cancellation & Refund policy

At WhiteDwarf Academy, we are committed to providing high-quality educational content and ensuring customer satisfaction. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below:

1. Order Cancellation

 Cancellations will be considered only if the request is submitted immediately after placing the order. Requests for cancellation may not be accepted if the order has already been processed, communicated to vendors, or the shipping process has commenced.

2. Non-Cancellable Items

 Orders for non-returnable/perishable items (e.g., flowers, eatables) are not eligible for cancellation. Refunds or replacements may be issued only if the customer can demonstrate that the product delivered was defective or of poor quality.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

 In the event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please report the issue to our Customer Service Team within 15 days of receipt. Upon verification by the vendor or merchant, an appropriate resolution will be provided,which may include replacement or refund.

4. Product Not as Described

 If the product received differs significantly from the description on our platform or fails to meet reasonable expectations, customers are advised to notify our Customer Service Team within 15 days of receipt. Our team will investigate the matter and determine an appropriate course of action.

5. Manufacturer Warranty

 For products that include a manufacturer's warranty, customers are requested to contact the manufacturer directly for resolution.

6. Refund Timeline

 If a refund is approved by WhiteDwarf Academy, it will be processed within 16 to 30 business days and credited to the original method of payment.
